Our client, Heritage Aged Care (Perth) Pty Ltd has today received advice that their aged care provider application has been approved, delivering the second win this month for the SoCom Consulting team.

In a notification from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, Heritage Aged Care have been confirmed as a provider of services in the home and community under the Home Care Package programme, including home care and flexible care.

Established by the existing management team of Plan and Grow, a registered and highly successful NDIS and youth and justice provider, Heritage Aged Care emphasises the delivery of quality care to those from diverse backgrounds and particularly with complex needs.

Through their specialised model of care clients across metropolitan WA will be provided with customised care to not only meet their needs but encourage wellness and reablement through supported self-discovery and identification of strengths and self-worth.

“This is the second positive result advised for our clients in as many weeks following the passing of the initial date for implementation of the Support at Home Program, showing how important the ongoing growth of the sector and the number of competent providers remains despite the delays,” said SoCom Consulting’s CEO, Kathryn Garth.
