SoCom Consulting congratulates our client, My Way Community Alliance (t/as My Way Diability and Aged Care) who this month received their formal Aged Care Provider approval for the delivery of both In-Home Care and Flexible Care.

My Way is an ACNC registered not-for-profit that has been delivering disability services under the NDIS since 2018, throughout metropolitan Perth.

Having independently submitted an earlier, unsuccessful, application, My Way sought assistance from SoCom Consulting for advice and support on the submisson of a new application, including developing a suite of compliant policies, procedures and other supporting documentation.

SoCom Consulting also provided advice on structuring, business planning and financial forecasting and in the response to an RFI from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, ultimately resulting in the receipt of provider approval in September 2024.

“My Way and it’s senior management team brought dedication and a great understanding of their legislated responsibilities to this project. However, gaining assistance from those who are expert in drawing out that knowledge and conveying it in a way the Commission’s review team can appropriately assess is often the missing piece. We are delighted to see such a great team now being able to move forward with this exciting development for their organisation”, said SoCom Consulting’s CEO, Kathryn Garth

SoCom Consulting advises on NDIS and Aged Care Provider applications, policies and procedures, compliance and strategic business development.
