SoCom Consulting is delighted to receive news this month that our client, Stable Home Care, received confirmation its application to become an Aged Care Provider for the delivery of In-Home Care has been approved.

As an already trusted provider of Department of Veteran’s Affairs funded Community Nursing, and aged care services via brokerage, Stable Home Care worked closely with SoCom Consulting over a 6 month period through a process of organisational and application preparation.

Following an extensive review by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, and in an industry where provider approvals are currently few and far between, Stable Home Care was deemed to have appropriately demonstrated its understanding and compliance with the Aged Care Act and Aged Care Quality Standards, along with its commitment to making a real difference to the lives of the ageing community in the Gold Coast and Tweed Valley regions.

Stable Home Care’s Managing Director, Joshua Bacon said, We couldn’t thank Kathryn and her team enough for the support and guidance through our Aged Care Provider application. Their work ethic and in-depth knowledge of the industry is comforting and reassuring through such a gruelling process. We are extremely excited to have received notification in May 2024 from the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission that we are now an approved provider of Home Care Services. We will continue to utilise SoCom Consulting and KLR Communications to guide and assist us moving forward”.

This process has demonstrated the importance of working with an experienced team from the outset of new provider applications, particularly under new arrangements requiring applications to pay substantial application fees.

SoCom Consulting now looks forward to working with our partner, KLR Communications, to assist Stable Home as it further develops its aged care business.
